Returns & refunds policy
Change of mind
You may return items within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be in an unused condition with all original shipped packaging and accessories. Where returned items are not received by us in brand new condition, we will return them to you once you pay us the cost of redelivery to do so.
- Items in the clearance section, nail lacquer, gel polish will not be returned.
- The refund will be provided as store credit.
- The refunded amount excludes any shipping costs. If you received free shipping, shipping costs for your area will be deducted from your store credit.
- $10 applied to items returned as a restocking and administration fee
- You are responsible for any postage costs associated with returning the product.
Faulty, damaged, missing products
We understand that during the delivery, items can arrive damaged or missing, we will try our best to pack all orders in good conditions. If that happen, we will provide you a replacement (if we have in stock) refund you in full. Please note that:
- You notify us the damaged or missing item within 2 days (from the day it is noted delivered at your place by the delivery courier); and
- Please take photographs of any damage and send them to us via email amocasupplies@gmail.com before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse
- We will reimburse shipping costs incurred when you return the item to us if it is found faulty.
+ Please don’t dispose of these items as we will need them to be sent back for proof.
+ When a returned product is found not faulty or damaged, a redelivery fee will be calculated to your delivery address and required to be paid by you prior to sending it back to you.
+ Colors provided on our website are for reference/guideline only. Due to the external factors such as lights, natural nail and the method you use the products, we cannot guarantee the colors in reality will match 100% with the online color charts. If the color of the item does not match with our website, we will offer exchange or store credit.
Shipping policy
Free standard shipping for orders from $200**
***For powder, gel polish, nail glue, drill bit, nail brush we do free shipping from $200 to all states.
***For other products, we do free shipping from $200 as following conditions:
- Zone 1: Adelaide, Melbourne: free shipping until 25kg
- Zone 2: Sydney, Albury, Bendigo, Geelong: free shipping until 20kg
- Zone 3: Brisbane, Perth, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Central Coast, Newcastle, Wollongong : free shipping until 10kg
- Zone 4: Other areas: free shipping until 5kg
Normally all orders will be dispatched the next day or next 2 business days, but with big orders we will try our best to deliver as soon as possible.
*Delivery timeframes are an estimate only provided by our courier. We are unable to guarantee any times. Delivery locations in country or remote areas and orders containing dangerous goods sent via road courier may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
**Some exclusions apply such as when shipping large items, cartons & dangerous goods. Some remote areas also excluded from the free shipping. We will contact you after your purchase if this is the case.
If a product is out of stock we will contact you. You will have the option of a full refund and cancellation, store credit or a partial refund with the rest of the order sent out. If we receive no response within a week we will cancel your order and issue a full refund.
Dangerous goods or bulky items/orders may be sent through a different courier and incur additional charges. We will contact you if this is the case.
If an incorrect address is provided or you fail to collect your item from the post office and the order is returned to us a re-delivery fee may apply.
